Ink Drawings

I have been drawing for most of my life and ink was my first passion. Though I have been focusing on painting recently, drawing in ink is still an important part of expressing myself and generating ideas. Working in ink has taught me to be more confident in my line. I enjoy the immediacy of making marks in ink and I think this lends itself to a more “stream of consciousness” or automatic approach to drawing.
